Upon checkout, there are two options available for receiving your order: collection, also referred to as Pick Up in Store, and courier, also referred to as Ship.

PICK UP IN STORE

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email. You will then be able to collect your purchase from the CTLA Warehouse.

SHIPPING VIA COURIER

If the shipping via courier option is selected, you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

CTLA Store will package your purchase and provide you with the weight and dimensions of the packed order. You can then arrange for your courier to collect your purchase from the CTLA Warehouse at the address listed above.

PLEASE NOTE: CTLA Store will not be liable for any courier costs. The purchaser is responsible for arranging and paying for their own courier.
