EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: 4 October 2024
Thank you for shopping with CTLA Store. We aim to provide a fair and clear return process. Refunds and returns are only allowed for items that are received in defective or non-working condition.
PLEASE NOTE: All items sold on the CTLA Online Store are sold AS IS, VOETSTOOTS. None of the products sold on the CTLA Online Store come with any warranty or guarantee.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Proof of the defect or malfunction is required.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. If this is not the case, the return may be denied.
RETURNS OF MONITORS AND TELEVISIONS
No refunds or returns will be granted for monitors and televisions.
For customers who choose to collect from the CTLA Warehouse, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is working before it is taken off the CTLA premises. CTLA staff will assist the customer in checking that the monitor or television is in working condition.
For customers who choose the courier option, CTLA staff will send video proof that the monitor or television is in working condition before courier collection.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact our customer service team at info@capetownliveauctions.co.za or 083 295 7945 to report the issue.
Please provide details of the issue, together with any supporting images, so that we can assess the situation.
RETURN SHIPPING
If your return is approved, the item must be returned to the CTLA Warehouse.
CTLA Store will not be liable for any shipping costs associated with returning the item to the CTLA Warehouse.
Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent further damage.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
The buyer may choose to receive the refund via EFT to their bank account or as store credit to spend on future purchases.
