Thank you for shopping with us! We strive for your satisfaction. Our policy allows for refunds and returns only for items that are received in a defective or non-working order.

PLEASE NOTE:

All items sold on the CTLA Online Store are sold AS IS, Voetstoots. NONE of the products sold on the CTLA Online Store come with any warranty or guarantee.

• Items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• Proof of defect or malfunction is required.
• Items must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them otherwise the return will be denied.

• No refunds or returns will be granted for Monitors and Televisions.
• For customers that opted to collect from the CTLA Warehouse, it will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item is working prior to taking it off the CTLA premises. CTLA Staff will assist the customer in checking that the monitor or television is in working condition.
• For customers that opted for the courier option, CTLA Staff will send video proof that the monitor or television is in working condition prior to courier collection.

2. Provide details and any supporting images to help us assess the situation.

• If your return is approved, it will need to be returned to the CTLA warehouse. CTLA Store will not be liable for any shipping costs associated with returning the item to the CTLA Warehouse.
• Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent further damage.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
• The buyer will have the option to either get a refund via EFT to their bank account or store credit to spend on future purchases.
